1) Shipping coverage

ModernLife™ currently ships to most European countries.

If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not currently ship to that destination.


2) Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order.
During peak periods (sales, holidays, high demand), processing times may be slightly longer.


3) Estimated delivery time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and product availability.

The most accurate delivery estimate is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, customs, weather conditions, peak seasons)


4) Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • destination country

  • order weight and size

  • selected shipping method (when applicable)

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


5) Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.


6) Incorrect address or failed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • failed delivery attempts

  • refusal of the package

additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


7) Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • clear photos of the packaging and the item(s)

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.


8) Customs, duties & taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties apply.

For destinations where applicable, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
